San Marino, April 27, 2026
A new Pediatric Life Support and Defibrillation course has been successfully completed at CEMEC, with the participation of operators from the San Marino Institute for Social Security (ISS) and the Sammarinese Red Cross.Among the participants was also a future instructor: a person committed not only to learning how to respond in an emergency, but also to passing these skills on to others, through a supervised training program aimed at certification.
Guidelines and protocols can be shared quickly. Teaching, however, requires time, experience, practice, and direct support. Training capacity is built gradually, one instructor at a time, and for this very reason, it is both valuable and difficult to replace.
A heartfelt thank you to all participants and instructors for their commitment, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
