Speaker Spotlight: Mason H. Soule
Mason H. Soule is Co-Founder of the CBRNe Science and Consequence Management Education Foundation and Senior Fellow at the Civil Council on Defense and Security (CCDS) in Georgia.
He previously served as Associate Manager and Georgia Country Officer at Battelle Memorial Institute, contributing to a professional career spanning more than 35 years in support of U.S. Government and international partners.
His work has focused on CBRNe counterproliferation, nuclear, biological and chemical facilities, non-proliferation research, and the development of preparedness initiatives in Georgia and beyond.
Over the years, he has also contributed to the organisation of major international CBRNe Science and Consequence Management congresses, supported the Georgian CBRN National Action Plan, and contributed to technical handbooks and reports addressing medical first-responder actions during CBRN incidents.
His contribution to the Winter School brings a valuable bridge between strategic planning, CBRNe risk reduction, consequence management and operational preparedness.
Preparedness begins long before an emergency: with knowledge, planning, cooperation and training.
Another perspective joining a faculty designed to connect scientific expertise, institutional experience and practical response.
