CEMEC has concluded a new session of its professional development cycle, dedicated to new members of the Sammarinese Red Cross and healthcare professionals involved in emergency management.
San Marino, June 26, 2026
Twenty-two participants, supported by four instructors, took part in a highly practical programme focused on hands-on training, professional exchange and the careful review of operational procedures.
The aim was to refresh and strengthen essential skills, align practice with the latest international guidelines and test performance in realistic conditions. Even experienced professionals need regular opportunities to practise, revisit key procedures, correct automatic habits and maintain high standards of precision, coordination and decision-making.
This type of work may be less visible than a large-scale exercise, but it is no less important. An effective emergency response is not created in the intensity of the moment. It is built over time through preparation, repetition and continuous learning.
CEMEC continues to invest in this kind of training because, in every operational setting, the quality of the response depends both on the competence of each individual and on the team’s ability to act rapidly, safely and in a coordinated manner.
Our sincere thanks to all participants and instructors for the professionalism, commitment and seriousness they brought to the session.
