This is exactly what we experienced at the recent Global Forum 2025 - Shaping the Future, an international event where leaders, innovators, researchers, and institutions from around the world came together to talk about our digital future.CEMEC was honored to participate as a partner and speaker, sharing our vision of how information and Artificial Intelligence can help protect lives.
During our talk, “Human Development and Shared Knowledge for Health Protection in the Age of AI,” we highlighted something simple but powerful: Technology saves lives only when knowledge is shared. Not when data is hidden. Not when misinformation spreads. Not when only a few have access. But when information is open, trusted, and accessible, especially in emergencies.
Today, Artificial Intelligence can help us:
- detect threats earlier
- forecast risks
- coordinate faster
- support health systems and first responders
But we must use it wisely. Technology must serve people, not replace them. That means:
- equal access to reliable information
- transparency and ethics
- education and digital literacy
- cooperation between institutions and countries
The Global Forum is special because it creates real connections. For 30 years, it has brought together brilliant minds to share ideas, build trust, and create new collaborations for the common good. CEMEC was proud to be part of this journey and to contribute to a global conversation about a safer, more resilient future.
