Innovation Meets Preparedness: Virtual Training for Real-World Challenges

CEMEC had the opportunity to visit the Virtual Reality Unit at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Geneva, an inspiring space where technology is used to serve humanitarian action.
The visit was a chance to discover how immersive environments can replicate the intensity and complexity of crises, and also an opportunity to explore future collaboration on the use of virtual training in disaster medicine.
A special thanks to the Unit Head and the entire team for their exceptional work in shaping tools that turn knowledge into experience and preparedness into impact.
