For CEMEC, this perspective is particularly significant. Many of the challenges we face today cannot be effectively managed within purely national or disciplinary boundaries. They require stronger international connections, closer cooperation between different professional communities, and a continuous exchange of humanitarian experience, scientific knowledge, training, and operational practice.
It was therefore a great pleasure to be able to witness firsthand the Secretary General's genuine interest in continuing this dialogue and exploring issues of mutual interest.
It is precisely these exchanges that can help transform shared priorities into greater preparedness, broader professional networks, and new opportunities for international cooperation.
