The First Breath Matters

The Newborn Life Support (NLS), IRC certified course, organized and delivered by CEMEC, brought together professionals around one essential mission: being ready to protect life from its very first moments.With 12+ healthcare professionals and 5 instructors, the day was fully dedicated to the critical first 10–20 minutes after birth. Participants trained side by side on temperature control, airway management, ventilation, and neonatal resuscitation, combining technical precision with calm decision-making.
The course was designed for healthcare professionals from different backgrounds, because in real practice, anyone may face a newborn in need of immediate care.
Focused, practical, and deeply human, this training strengthened confidence, teamwork, and readiness.
