Tourniquet on! Airway secured! Keep moving!

In just a few seconds, the training room transformed into a high-risk scenario. Doctors, nurses, law enforcement, and civil protection responders were immersed in practice and experience.
CEMEC had the privilege of organizing the Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) Course, together with our technical partner SilentCroc, whose expertise and support made the experience even more realistic and impactful.
Participants trained to: stay safe under threat, control bleeding and manage airways, deliver care across hot, warm, and cold zones, act as one team, even in chaos
What stood out most? The synergy. A nurse guiding law enforcement, a medic supporting civil protection, responders sharing skills that cut across uniforms.
That’s the spirit of TECC: different roles, one purpose: saving lives Because in a crisis, no one stands alone.
