PBLSD Pediatric Basic Life Support Defibrillation course
San Marino 24 April 2025 and 7 May 2025 - RSM State Hospital
Goals:Allow participants to learn, through a theoretical frontal lesson and practical training stations in small groups on dummies, the main maneuvers and the basic resuscitation sequence of infants and children in conditions of respiratory and/or cardiac arrest or with obstruction of the airways foreign body air. The course also allows you to learn knowledge and skills relating to the use of the semi-automatic defibrillator in children in cardiopulmonary arrest.

Report 8 February 2024: CEMEC Hosts Successful Pediatric Life Support Defibrillation Course PBLSD
We're delighted to share the successful completion of the Pediatric Basic Life Support Defibrillation Course, organized and delivered by the European Centre for Disaster Medicine (CEMEC)
Within an atmosphere of enthusiasm and dedication, participants (physicians, nurses and health care providers) took part in learning sessions tailored to enhance their skill in pediatric emergency care. Through CEMEC expert-led instruction and hands-on practice, attendees gained essential expertise and knowledge for effectively responding to critical situations involving children.
We extend our appreciation to all participants for their active commitment to furthering their expertise in life-saving interventions. Special thanks to our instructors for their professional support and guidance throughout the Course.

Report 5 november 2024: CEMEC has delivered a new Paediatric Basic Life Support and Defibrillation (PBLS-D) course, where participants dedicated over five hours to mastering cardiopulmonary resuscitation and airway obstruction techniques. Guided by our certified instructors, they practiced on infant and child mannequins, simulating real-life emergencies to boost readiness.
