The agreement signed on 6 September 2019, aims to create new scientific training projects within the territorial, national and local realities on the subject of Maxiemergency, in order to train operators responsible for maxiemergency interventions,who possess adequate notions to operate and collaborate both during the catastrophic event and in the subsequent phases.
