A New Alliance for Emergency Care in San Marino
San Marino, July 7, 2025
A New Alliance for Emergency Care in San Marino We’re proud to share that CEMEC – European Centre for Disaster Medicine has officially signed a collaboration agreement with the newly established Gruppo Emergenza-Urgenza Sammarinese (GEUS) – a vibrant, not-for-profit scientific association born from the heart of the Republic's healthcare system. Led by Dr. Alessandro Valentino, Director of the Emergency Department at the State Hospital of San Marino, GEUS brings together physicians, nurses, paramedics, dispatchers, and all professionals working in the field of emergency and urgent care. And it doesn’t stop there – GEUS is open to everyone committed to advancing this crucial field. United by a shared mission, CEMEC and GEUS are teaming up to elevate scientific knowledge, empower health professionals, and connect more deeply with the community through high-impact training, awareness campaigns, and international events. Together, we believe in building stronger teams, deeper knowledge, and a safer tomorrow for everyone. This collaboration reflects what we believe in at CEMEC: creating bridges, fostering excellence, and always being ready – for emergencies, for challenges, for each other. #EmergencyMedicine #DisasterMedicine #CEMEC #GEUS #Training #PublicHealth #SanMarino #Partnership #HealthcareProfessionals #FirstResponders #UrgentCare
