CEMEC was proud to take part in the 4th European Congress on Applied Chemistry & Mass Spectrometry 2025, recently held in Berlin, an exciting gathering of over 60 scientists, professionals, and experts from across continents, united by a common goal: advancing science and strengthening our collective preparedness. Our Centre had the honor of leading an entire Congress session dedicated to advancing the dialogue on chemistry and its real-world applications. We also took the stage as Speaker, presenting: “Artificial Intelligence for Chemical Emergency Management: A New Era in Environmental Safety” Our talk focused on how AI is reshaping emergency response, enhancing early detection, decision-making, and interagency coordination to better protect public health and the environment. The Congress reminded us that real progress happens when knowledge, innovation, and collaboration come together.
