CEMEC was proud to be part of the V POLON CBRNE Workshops, held in the city of Bydgoszcz, in Poland, where science meets strategy and theory meets practice.
CEMEC, kicked off the scientific conference with the keynote speech “Protecting Populations and Critical Infrastructure from CBRNE Threats: International Approaches and Response Models”, sparking meaningful discussions on preparedness, response, and global cooperation.
From hybrid threats and AI, to UAV incursions and crisis crowd behavior, the event gathered experts from academia, public institutions, and specialized units to tackle the full spectrum of modern risks.
On Day 2, things went hands-on with live workshops and field demonstrations at Bydgoszcz Airport, showcasing advanced tools like robotics, bomb suits, drone neutralization systems, and much more.
One message came through loud and clear: Resilience requires readiness, innovation, and cross-sector teamwork. And this event delivered exactly that.
