Two Saturdays, one mission: teaching young people how to save lives!
Recently, the Parco Ausa in San Marino came alive with the spirit of learning and community as CEMEC joined forces with the Scout Group of San Marino for a truly special event.
More than 50 young scouts, children under 10 and teens under 17, took part in an engaging first aid training session designed just for them. With the support of our great instructors, they explored how to react in front of someone who appears unresponsive, how to make an emergency call, perform chest compressions on manikins, and manage airway obstructions.
Each participant received a CEMEC certificate, but the real achievement was something deeper: awareness, confidence, and a new sense of responsibility.
It was inspiring to see such young minds embrace the importance of helping others. Their curiosity, enthusiasm, and courage remind us why investing in early education is so powerful. The future of emergency response is already growing, and it’s looking bright!
